• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to elicit project requirements and provide regular updates.
• Employ critical thinking and change management strategies to navigate through volatility and complexity.
• Utilize project management tools like Jira Software to organize tasks and boost productivity.
• Implement systems thinking to integrate project steps across departments and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Employ detail management to prevent tasks from slipping and maintain project momentum.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the biotechnology or healthcare industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Intrinsic motivation and a sense of humor to foster a positive team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP Certification.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools.
