In this role, you will document business and system processes and business requirements, perform requirements gathering and clarifications with the technical team, leveraging agile techniques. You will lead assigned initiatives, communicate status, issues or risks to management and stakeholders, and serve as the conduit between the business partners and the technical team through triage, research, requirements, testing, and support. You will identify the business impact of system issues and facilitate communication as appropriate to stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee defining objectives, creating plans to achieve objectives, tracking/reporting progress against objectives and budgets, driving execution of key projects and programs, coaching project team members, and improving project management processes. Your responsibilities will also include providing overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts, tracking and reporting project status on a consistent basis, including identifying, categorizing, and escalating project issues and risks that need leadership attention. You will ensure that communicated and planned metrics (savings, cost, timing, etc.) are achieved, communicate with clients regarding pricing, scheduling, invoice payments, and other issues, and drive new business through building and fostering client relationships with business and technical executives in the Atlanta marketplace. Finally, you will provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to team members to ensure success in their roles, displaying strong stakeholder management and organizational change management skills.
