As a Technical Project Manager at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will play a pivotal role in our Project Management team, which is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to the agreed-upon scope, deadline, and budget. This position is integral to our efforts in delivering business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. Your responsibilities will include defining project scope, success criteria, and deliverables that align with business goals, as well as effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner. In your day-to-day activities, you will plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using the required toolset, track project milestones and deliverables, and determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team. You will analyze results, troubleshoot problem areas, and communicate findings accordingly. Additionally, you will identify, record, document, and track risks and issues, conducting project reviews with recommendations and strategies for future improvements. Your role will require you to utilize best practices and tools for project execution while continuously seeking improvement opportunities. We are looking for a candidate who is inquisitive and not afraid to question current methodologies, with the ability to devise creative solutions to business problems while managing multiple priorities effectively.
