About the position

The Technical Project Manager at Integrated Technology Strategies will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications within the Capital Markets domain. This position requires a blend of project management and technical expertise, particularly in equity swaps and trading flows, to ensure successful project delivery while managing budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Draft Meeting Minutes and create and maintain project plans.
• Manage project budgets and perform cost-benefit analysis.
• Document all phases of projects and create and maintain Jira Dashboard.
• Create, maintain, and present project status reporting.
• Document process flows and system diagrams in Visio.
• Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs).

Requirements

• Strong project management experience with a focus on managing projects while tracking dependencies, scoping, and time.
• Experience in equity swaps and equity trading flows, particularly in a major investment bank, hedge fund, or buy/sell side environment.
• Technical skills including SQL and GREP.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of Fixed Income trading.
• Familiarity with equity cash trading and allocation.
• Experience with block, allocation, and matching.
