About the position

Epsilon is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our strong and steady Project Management team. In this hybrid role, you will manage and execute marketing projects as directed by the Client and the Internal Sales and Account teams. The Technical Project Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Project Management and will work closely with internal teams, including Quality Control, Account Managers, and other Project Managers. Your role will involve collaborating with the account team on audience targeting, test strategies, and reporting/analytics requirements. You will also partner with data programmers to ensure accurate execution, including implementing quality checks at every stage of the production process. As a Technical Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the high standards expected by our clients. If successful, you may gain exposure to other clients, allowing you to expand your influence and potentially advance to a Senior level role, where you can mentor junior project managers and further develop your leadership skills. This position requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple large programs simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute marketing projects as directed by the Client and Internal Sales and Account teams.
  • Collaborate with the account team on audience targeting, test strategies, and reporting/analytics requirements.
  • Partner with data programmers to ensure accurate execution and quality checks at every stage of the production process.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Quality Control, Account Managers, and other Project Managers.
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to ensure project success with minimal supervision.
  • Negotiate and manage conflict to create win-win solutions to challenges and issues.
  • Prioritize work and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5+ years of related project management experience.
  • Experience in the marketing industry, particularly in Direct Mail, Email, and/or Digital Marketing.
  • Ability to understand and articulate business requirements as conveyed by internal or external clients.
  • Strong problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to remain focused under pressure.
