About the position

The Technical Project Manager will lead large-scale projects in the financial lending industry, focusing on projects exceeding $30 million. This role involves developing detailed project plans, managing resources, and ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams. The manager will also identify risks, monitor budgets, and oversee project deliverables while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects exceeding $30 million.
• Develop detailed project plans and set schedules.
• Manage resources to achieve project milestones.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project budgets for efficient financial resource use.
• Oversee the quality of project deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical project management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years managing the deployment of complex cloud telephony solutions in a large-scale environment.
• Experience in design and implementation of large-scale CCaaS and UCaaS platforms.
• Experience with telephony services hosted platforms such as Avaya, Alvaria/Noble, NICE, Five9, LiveVOX, RingCentral, or Amazon Connect.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.).
• Related certifications.
