About the position

As a Principal Project Manager at Simplified IT Solutions, you will lead the execution of mid to large-scale client deployments, ensuring that projects are completed within scope, on budget, and on time. This role involves aligning solutions with end-user requirements, managing risks, and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining continuous stakeholder management. You will take full ownership of product delivery, overseeing backlog prioritization, feature development, and implementing Product Ownership best practices in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of mid to large-scale client deployments.
  • Align solutions with end-user requirements and manage risks.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and ensure overall project success.
  • Oversee backlog prioritization and feature development.
  • Create product requirement documents (PRDs) including feature summaries and user stories.
  • Develop short-term and long-term product roadmaps.
  • Act as the primary liaison between teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
  • Ensure the team has an adequate amount of prepared tasks to work on.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. resident.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects.
  • Previous working experience as a Product Owner.
  • Experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
  • MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field or technical background.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinker with a vision and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to adapt to client's needs.
  • Experience with Miro for process flows.
  • Experience with Figma for UI/UX designs.
