About the position

The Technical Project Manager will support and lead system and infrastructure projects, focusing on planning, management, and implementation. This role involves guiding technical staff and junior project managers, overseeing system configurations and integrations, and performing business analysis to create Business Requirements Documents (BRD).

Responsibilities

• Support and lead system and infrastructure projects including planning, management, and implementations.
• Guide and lead highly technical staff as well as junior project managers.
• Oversee systems configurations and/or integrations by a 3rd party vendor.
• Perform business analysis and create Business Requirements Documents (BRD).

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional IT project management experience in an agile environment.
• Prior experience working in a PMO and supporting multiple projects at once.
• Active PMP certification is required; ITIL or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
