About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the implementation and management of complex payment, pricing, and fraud prevention solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to drive successful project delivery while fostering strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in retail systems and various delivery frameworks to enhance organizational processes and lead change initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of payment, pricing, and fraud prevention solutions.
• Create and execute implementation strategies for complex systems.
• Identify new opportunities to improve payment, fraud, and pricing processes.
• Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders effectively.
• Apply various delivery frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, Lean) appropriately to projects.
• Track and prioritize numerous tasks with a high sense of urgency.
• Facilitate collaboration across broad teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 5-10 years of Project Management experience, particularly with payments, pricing, or fraud prevention solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in Retail Systems development and delivery.
• Strong relationship management skills and understanding of organizational change management.
• Ability to apply complex principles and provide solutions to a wide range of tasks and projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Strong vendor management skills.
