About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the execution of website implementation and web development projects at Greystar, ensuring timely delivery while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role involves translating client requirements into actionable tasks for development and content implementation teams, driving process improvements, and managing projects in an Agile environment to meet client expectations and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Lead website implementation and web development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, creative design, and development teams, translating client requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on web development and implementation projects, ensuring creative and technical alignment.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Implement and manage projects using Agile methodology, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of project progress and requirements.
  • Manage team capacity and resource allocation, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Keep projects within budget, optimizing resources for maximum profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience managing digital projects, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Experience managing projects in an Agile environment, leading sprints, and overseeing backlogs.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles, tools, and processes, with the ability to translate technical requirements between clients and development teams.
  • Proven ability to improve workflows and project processes to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical details and project requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Capable of facilitating clear communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
