About the position

Tillster is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee moderately complex technical programs and projects that are customer-centric and involve the delivery of technology solutions globally. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including Product, Sales, and Engineering, to ensure successful project delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of fast-paced concurrent projects to successful delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct daily project stand-up meetings and disseminate information to functional teams and stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional team deliverables and schedules, managing assigned programs/projects according to plan.
• Track open issues and risks, negotiating to guide issues to resolution.
• Document and communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Create actionable success criteria, objectives, and requirements for the team.
• Engage with clients as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in a technical project lead role.
• Experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with software engineering teams in delivering e-commerce software solutions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with POS Systems is a plus but not required.
• Technical and technological aptitude, with comfort discussing architectural concepts.

• Expected base salary range of $75,000 - $95,000.
