About the position

The Technical Project Manager at Confiz LLC is responsible for overseeing the delivery of technology projects and managing customer relationships from pre-sales through project completion. This role involves engaging with the sales team to secure new customers, setting clear expectations, and ensuring successful project delivery by adhering to best practices in project management and engineering processes. The Technical Project Manager also addresses customer issues related to technology and resource management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple technology projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Set and manage expectations for clients and project teams, promoting clear communication.
• Apply technical expertise in web and mobile technologies to guide project direction.
• Identify and resolve technology-related and resource management issues.
• Collaborate with sales during pre-sales to create project estimates and technical solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
• Promote and enforce best project management and engineering practices across teams.
• Implement risk management strategies to anticipate and mitigate issues.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster skill development and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven 10+ years of experience in technical project management with web and mobile technology expertise.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Solid understanding of web and mobile technology stacks.
• Customer-focused approach to managing client relationships proactively.
