About the position

As a Technical Project Manager at Arrivia, you will play a crucial role in the travel industry by bridging the gap between product vision and technical execution. This position involves collaborating with product owners, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to translate strategic priorities into detailed product specifications and delivery plans.
• Work closely with engineering leadership to break down requirements into technical user stories for development teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, maintaining open communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing effective mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and implementing changes for future project delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Strong project management skills in a service/product-based industry, with experience in software development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and SAFe.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project) and development tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
