About the position

Epsilon is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our strong and steady Project Management team. In this hybrid role, you will manage and execute marketing projects as directed by the Client and the Internal Sales and Account teams. The Technical Project Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Project Management and will work closely with internal teams, including Quality Control, Account Managers, and other Project Managers. Your role will involve collaborating with the account team on audience targeting, test strategies, and reporting/analytics requirements. You will also partner with data programmers to ensure accurate execution, including the mandate of quality checks at every stage of the production process. As a Technical Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various clients, allowing you to make a significant impact. If successful, you may have the chance to advance to a Senior level role, where you can help mentor junior project managers and further develop your leadership skills. This position requires a proactive individual who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through with minimal supervision. You will need to manage multiple large programs simultaneously, adapt to changes, and think critically to complete projects effectively. Strong negotiation and conflict management skills are essential, as is the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute marketing projects as directed by the Client and Internal Sales and Account teams.
  • Collaborate with the account team on audience targeting, test strategies, and reporting/analytics requirements.
  • Partner with data programmers to ensure accurate execution and quality checks at every stage of the production process.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Quality Control, Account Managers, and other Project Managers.
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to ensure project success.
  • Manage multiple large programs simultaneously and adapt to changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5+ years of related project management experience.
  • Experience in the marketing industry, particularly in Direct Mail, Email, and/or Digital Marketing.
  • Ability to understand and articulate business requirements from clients.
  • Strong problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Automotive Marketing.
