The Technical Project Manager role is a senior-level position based in Boston, MA, designed to support a critical project transitioning from one outsource provider to another. This hybrid role requires the candidate to be local to Boston and to work onsite three days a week, specifically from Tuesday to Thursday. The role encompasses overseeing the complete lifecycle of projects, ensuring that all business, operations, and technical efforts are aligned with the project goals and budgets. The Project Manager will foster an open and transparent communication environment among project team members, stakeholders, and sponsors, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged throughout the project. The responsibilities include managing and executing best-in-class projects that further the business goals of the company, building strong relationships with various business divisions globally, and providing project management, prioritization, direction, and leadership to team members. The Project Manager will also be responsible for developing project scope, budgets, plans, and communication strategies, monitoring project deliverables, and creating metrics to measure project success. Additionally, the role requires conducting lessons learned meetings and analyzing data to report findings to sponsors and teams, demonstrating the ability to work independently on a wide array of corporate projects.
