About the position

The Technical Project Manager at Stefanini Group will oversee compliance and security workstreams within the NIS portfolio. This role involves identifying, assessing, prioritizing, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting on risks across the organization. The position is critical for supporting governance functions, enterprise policies, risk management, and audit/compliance activities, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance and security workstreams across the NIS portfolio.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, mitigate, monitor, and report on risks across the organization.
• Document security controls and develop supporting security documentation.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and central repositories for senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for OCISO, NIT/SF auditors, and other risk assessment agencies.
• Provide expertise and guidance to product teams on client policy requirements, control implementations, and remediation plans.
• Develop reports and materials for executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT work experience, including 2+ years in Information Technology, Cloud, security/controls, or similar areas.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse groups of subject matter experts.
• Excellent priority setting skills with flexibility and adaptability to respond to shifting business needs.
