About the position

Niktor Inc is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee technical projects from inception to completion. The role involves ensuring that all project objectives are met within specified time frames and budgets, while facilitating collaboration across various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical projects from inception to completion.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure all objectives are met within specified time frames and budgets.
• Facilitate collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Keep stakeholders informed on project status and priorities.
• Manage the design, development, and testing processes.
• Conduct keynote presentations and status reporting.
• Distribute test reports and escalate priority items as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Project Management experience, particularly in Technology - DevOps and Java.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with certification preferred.
• Background in software development is preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end Product Project Management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a consultant with prior engineering experience who transitioned to an Engineering Project Manager role.
• 1 year of experience with Scrum.
