About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong background in Agile methodologies and project management to lead diverse, cross-functional teams for our client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GitHub tools and be capable of driving feature delivery with developers and Quality Engineering (QE) teams. This role offers the opportunity to manage dynamic, cutting-edge projects and lead feature development across diverse teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment. As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage and lead hybrid teams, ensuring timely delivery of features and projects. You will serve as an Agile Champion, promoting Agile practices and facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with developers and QE teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. You will oversee the feature development and delivery process for GitHub and GitHub Actions, coordinating integration efforts and deployments using Jenkins, Kubernetes, and other CI/CD tools. Monitoring project progress and performance will be essential, as you will need to adjust plans as necessary to meet evolving requirements. Additionally, you will ensure the security and stability of project deployments by working with Firewall systems and managing code repositories using Git (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, SVN).
