About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee cloud-native projects with a focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role involves planning, executing, and delivering complex cloud projects while managing a team of software engineers and testers. The position requires strong project management skills, particularly in Agile methodologies, and the ability to coordinate project lifecycles from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cloud-native projects with a focus on Amazon Web Services
• Plan, execute, write user stories in Jira, and deliver complex cloud projects on time and within scope
• Motivate and direct a team of software engineers and testers
• Responsible for Scrum Master/PM work and Jira Stories creation, backlog grooming, and prioritization
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocations, and deliverables
• Coordinate and manage AWS cloud-native project lifecycles, from initiation to closure
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Support with Requirements definition

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• 2 years experience in AWS cloud-native projects
• Experience in delivering complex Technical Projects in Cloud Environments
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Strong knowledge of AWS architecture and cloud-native solutions
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools
