About the position

The Salesforce Technical Project Manager at Wipro Limited is responsible for leading projects focused on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud implementations. This role involves managing client relationships, facilitating workshops, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions that meet client needs. The position requires a strong background in project management, team leadership, and technical strategy within a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely.
  • Assess client business requirements and collaborate with the Technical Architect to provide long-term functional solutions.
  • Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively.
  • Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices.
  • Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps.
  • Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption.
  • Author and review functional specification documentation and user stories for implementations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (Cloud Craze).
  • Experience facilitating functional discovery workshops.
  • Experience with implementing online payment processing features.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation delivery.
  • Experience leading functional workstreams.
  • Experience with technical strategy.
  • Experience with team management.
  • Experience working in a professional services firm or client service environment.
