We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master with deep hands-on experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), specifically in Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and Cloud Data Integration (CDI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of IICS projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving successful project outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to effectively guide teams and ensure project success. In this position, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IICS projects, ensuring that project goals, timelines, and budgets are met. You will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that the Scrum framework is effectively implemented and continuously improved. Your hands-on expertise in IICS, particularly in CAI and CDI, will be crucial in guiding the team in best practices and troubleshooting technical issues. As the primary point of contact between the technical team and stakeholders, you will communicate project progress, risks, and issues in a clear and timely manner. You will also be responsible for identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies, ensuring that risks are communicated to stakeholders and addressed proactively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and QA, will be essential to ensure that project deliverables align with business requirements. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and change logs, while ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with the organization's objectives.
