About the position

Analytica is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to support federal clients in delivering data-driven applications and systems. This role involves working with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop secure and scalable enterprise solutions. The Technical Project Manager will be part of a rapidly growing consulting firm recognized for its impact on technology products that enhance daily life. Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and oversee detailed project plans, including deadlines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional federal client teams to ensure projects align with strategic goals.
  • Manage project delivery agile project ceremonies and activities, including creating Epic/User stories and backlog grooming.
  • Provide expert consulting on strategic planning and project management methodologies.
  • Regularly update strategic documents, project plans, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Ensure all projects meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements, monitoring project outcomes for quality criteria.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Participate in driving organic growth and improved client and stakeholder value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
  • Agile SAFe certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience managing software development projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience interfacing and presenting to project stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting large federal and/or commercial enterprise client projects.
  • Experience managing product delivery and/or cloud migration projects.
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients, technical SMEs, and project team members.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with federal government projects.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and enterprise architecture.
