About the position

The Technical Project Manager at Sogeti is responsible for leading engagements within the Insights and Data Practice, coordinating project pursuits, and ensuring that customer requirements are effectively translated into actionable tasks. This role involves providing technical leadership, facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, and overcoming roadblocks to deliver successful project outcomes. The position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations while fostering a supportive work environment for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engagements in the Insights and Data Practice
  • Lead and coordinate pursuits
  • Understand customer requirements to determine actionable tasks and effort estimates
  • Work with the team to design solutions
  • Help clear roadblocks for technical team through communication with business stakeholders
  • Provide technical knowledge and leadership to implement the solution

Requirements

  • Must have 7+ years of professional experience
  • Must have experience working on projects involving data analytics, machine learning, data visualization or data warehouse
  • Skilled in building strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Must have experience working in a global delivery model in a large consulting company
  • Must have excellent communication skills as this is a customer facing role
  • Must have a completed bachelor's degree
