About the position

The Technical Project Manager at RedCloud is responsible for supporting client operations by acting as both a business and technical consultant. This role requires the ability to think beyond standard project management frameworks, bringing fresh perspectives and best practices to project design and execution. The position is aimed at mid to senior-level consultants who can manage projects from design through execution with minimal guidance, ensuring high energy and a value-add mentality.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships with clients to confirm expectations, including in-scope deliverables and status reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership and developing long-term strategy roadmaps.
• Implement and promote project management best practices, including project plans and risk logs.
• Present project updates to client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical project/program management and management consulting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong facilitation skills across program stakeholder meetings.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
• Expert level proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Desire and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with effective independent and team working skills.
• Detail-oriented, process-oriented, and results-driven.
