About the position

Altus Consulting is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager/Integrator to oversee the successful delivery of complex projects. This role focuses on efficient resource utilization and achieving client satisfaction through effective management of personnel, technology, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams, including contractors, to ensure timely and successful completion of tasks.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Manage risks and identify mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project goals.
• Secure and utilize appropriate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Communicate project status and progress clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with poly clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Demonstrated understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
