About the position

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) at Fox Factory is responsible for managing technical projects within the Suspension Electronics Group. This role involves overseeing electrical, mechanical, and software development activities, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables, and coordinating with internal engineering teams and OEM customers. The TPM must possess a strong technical background in electronics products and demonstrate exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure on-time delivery of all engineering project deliverables related to electronic suspension components for powered vehicle applications.
• Develop and maintain detailed engineering schedules, resource requirements, and status reporting for engineering management functions.
• Create and maintain project checklists and requirements to drive team execution and resource planning.
• Lead team standups, scrums, and maintain issue tracking boards as the main project interface for the electronics group.
• Facilitate communication between sub-teams and drive the definition of all inputs and outputs required for successful electronics development projects.
• Coordinate engineering prototype builds, materials, and test readiness.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Software, Computer, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Previous design contributor experience in automotive or electro-mechanical systems development.
• Experience as a Project Manager in full product development lifecycle projects from design inception to mass production.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably in automotive, power sports, or related industry.
• Fully capable with Agile Project Management tools and techniques for timeline, issue tracking, and resource management.
