About the position

Join Team SAIC and support the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM), Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Branch. This position is located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, and SAIC provides relocation assistance. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC) and Task Order (TO). The ideal candidate will be part of a team of experienced professionals who possess in-depth expertise in providing support for research, development, assessments, adaptation, transformation, testing, integration, demonstrations, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of designated information and/or intelligence software systems. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a program to a customer or managing the performance of a task or project as part of a larger program under the direction of another Project Manager. You will manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. Your role will involve defining or contributing to the program baseline and executing the program to comply with baseline requirements. You will also manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing. Leading a cross-functional team, which may include systems engineers, software and hardware integrators, software developers, cyber security experts, trainers, configuration managers, and logisticians, will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will need to interpret and break down high-level requirements to execute projects and tasks at a rapid pace, demonstrating comfort with managing highly complex and technical projects.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with fifteen (15) years of experience; four (4) years of additional experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
