About the position

The Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various technical projects. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and client services, to manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet technical specifications and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Translate customer requirements into project deliverables and ensure they meet technical specifications and business needs.
• Lead, provide guidance, direction, and support to cross-functional teams to ensure project teams remain aligned and productive.
• Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and internal staff.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly and regularly to all stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and reviews to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
• Identify and document potential risks including technical, operational, and compliance and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate unit testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and adhere to industry regulations and best practices.
• Optimize resource allocation across projects to balance priorities and ensure effective delivery.
• Organize project documents and reports according to organization best practices.
• Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices in project management and contribute to process improvements within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical implementations.
• Strong understanding of technical architectures, deployment models, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and MS Office 365.
• Familiarity with SaaS implementations, API integrations, data migration, and system configuration across environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
