About the position
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing project deliverables, ensuring that the needs of the community are effectively communicated and met. This role involves collaboration with IT staff, system owners, and general staff to drive successful project initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project updates.
- Run steering committee meetings to facilitate effective communication.
- Oversee the successful implementation of project initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience with Agile methodology (6 years required).
- PM experience leading PeopleSoft HCM (version 9.2) (5 years required).
- Experience leading PeopleSoft HCM or other ERP projects (6 years required).
- Active PMP Certification (1 year required).
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience with the Cardinal system (1 year desired).
