The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from inception to completion. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all project requirements are prioritized and well-defined. The Technical Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Business stakeholders, and various multi-vendor contributors to ensure that project requirements are groomed and ready for execution without delays or ambiguity. This position is crucial in managing sprint planning and execution, utilizing story points to track progress, removing potential blockers, and preparing contingency plans as necessary. In addition to managing the scoping of epics and user stories through thorough business requirements analysis, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for creating stories, determining levels of effort, and task creation. The role encompasses a wide range of project activities, including planning, communication, scope management, scheduling, status reporting, and risk management. The Technical Project Manager will interact with both Business and Technology partners to establish project priorities, resolve conflicts, and make necessary business trade-offs to sequence initiatives effectively, all aimed at achieving long-term goals. The position also requires making informed decisions and communicating trade-offs and risks effectively, driving key decisions across various projects. Regular presentations of cross-functional project status to appropriate governance bodies will be a key responsibility, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
