In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, utilizing formalized project management methodologies to guide your efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that technical alignment is achieved and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Your understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of automotive technology and its integration into modern vehicles. This position requires a minimum of 8-10 years of automotive experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to project management. You will be expected to work onsite in Dearborn, Michigan, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive project success. Responsibilities

• Manage automotive projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Drive technical alignment between cross-functional teams to facilitate timely execution of project deliverables.
• Utilize formalized project management methodologies to guide project planning and execution.
• Oversee the integration of ADAS features and ECUs in vehicle systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on track.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to foster a productive work environment.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a minimum of 3 years in project management.
• Strong understanding of ADAS features and electronic control units (ECUs) in vehicles.
• Proficiency in formalized project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team collaboration.
