About the position

Everlaw is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our expanding project management team. This role is pivotal in driving and delivering high-impact cross-functional initiatives that align with our mission to promote justice by illuminating truth. The Technical Project Manager will lead complex projects, collaborate across various disciplines, and contribute to the development of our Project Management Office (PMO) as a center of excellence. The ideal candidate is a motivated problem-solver with a passion for process-driven growth, capable of managing multiple responsibilities while delivering quality results and fostering continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex cross-functional projects involving strategic technical initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Plan projects in line with project management best practices and Everlaw-specific norms, including identifying stakeholders and defining scope.
  • Execute projects by managing day-to-day activities, monitoring progress, and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Keep stakeholders engaged and informed by providing timely project updates and soliciting input when appropriate.
  • Contribute to the project management team's documentation and best practices with expertise and lessons learned.
  • Drive continuous improvement of company-wide systems, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years focused on technical projects.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are preferred.
  • Experience leading technical projects from ideation to implementation in systems implementation or product innovation.
  • Familiarity with software development cycles, IT infrastructure, SaaS implementation, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams.
