About the position

Epsilon is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their Project Management team. This hybrid role involves managing and executing marketing projects in collaboration with internal sales and account teams. The Technical Project Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Project Management and will work closely with various internal teams to ensure quality execution of projects, including audience targeting and analytics requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute marketing projects as directed by clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with account teams on audience targeting and test strategies.
• Partner with data programmers to ensure accurate execution and quality checks during production.
• Work on multiple large programs simultaneously and manage change effectively.
• Build relationships with colleagues at various levels and negotiate solutions to challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5+ years of related project management experience.
• Experience in the marketing industry, particularly in Direct Mail, Email, and/or Digital Marketing.
• Ability to understand and articulate business requirements from clients.
• Strong problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making skills.
