About the position

The Technical Project Manager at ManTech International Corporation will play a crucial role in supporting Special Access Programs (SAPs) for the Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, particularly within the Air Force. This position involves overseeing the management and execution of various security-related projects, ensuring compliance with established procedures and guidelines, and providing multi-discipline analysis for sensitive information activities. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively liaise with government and contractor stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of program security procedures, structure, and classification guidance for complex SAPs.
• Develop and monitor metrics on the completeness, progress, and status of Air Force SAP Security programs and projects.
• Brief personnel at all levels on various security-related topics.
• Develop and monitor a comprehensive tracking mechanism for Air Force SAP Security project milestones.
• Provide expertise on protecting critical elements of SAPs.
• Consult with government and contractor stakeholders on project requirements, SAP security issues, and milestone progress.

Requirements

• Five or more years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Knowledge of Defense Procurement and Acquisition processes highly desired.
• Operational Air Force experience desired.
• Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
• Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information.
• Willingness to submit to a polygraph.
