We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage projects within our technology division. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring that all aspects of the project lifecycle are effectively managed and that the project team is aligned with the overall business objectives. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans that include scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. They will oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and objectives. The role also involves leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication, and mentoring team members to achieve project goals. Stakeholder management is crucial, as the manager will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations, ensuring alignment between project objectives and business goals. Additionally, the Technical Project Manager will identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to address challenges. Technical expertise is essential for providing guidance and support to the project team, facilitating the resolution of technical issues, and ensuring best practices are followed. Finally, maintaining project documentation, including status reports, budgets, and resource utilization, and presenting regular updates to senior management and stakeholders are key responsibilities of this position.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
