About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that budget, timelines, and quality goals are met. This role involves architecting and designing new functions to integrate various internal and external applications, as well as developing software systems to enhance application and feature development. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to prioritize new features and troubleshoot system issues, while also analyzing data to support decision-making and optimize project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to delivery, overseeing budget, timelines, and quality goals.
  • Identify, analyze, mitigate, and proactively respond to project and operational risks.
  • Architect and design new functions to integrate multiple internal and external applications and systems.
  • Design and develop software systems and solutions to streamline application and feature development.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, software developers, product owners, and stakeholders to create a prioritized roadmap for new features.
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues by resolving technical backlog against feature innovation and software delivery.
  • Explore opportunities to improve execution and enable mix optimization of projects within budget constraints.
  • Develop and modify processing systems and SOPs to meet business goals.
  • Analyze data and trends using reporting and dashboards to support decision-making and identify projects with a higher ROI.

Requirements

  • MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-year software development experience including software development life cycle (SDLC), development frameworks, testing automation, and platform support.
  • Strong skills in software development and systems design.
  • Proficient in SQL, C#, Python, CSS, JSON, Selenium, Figma, and JIRA.
