About the position

The Technical Project Manager at Business Integra Inc. is responsible for leading various technical projects, primarily in a remote capacity with occasional on-site meetings. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing project deliverables while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to meet the needs of the VCCS community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software, particularly PeopleSoft, and experience with agile project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee project deliverables for various technical projects.
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project updates.
• Run steering committee meetings and facilitate effective communication.
• Ensure the needs of the VCCS community are communicated and met.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft or other ERP systems.
• Active PMP certification is required.
• Experience leading technical enterprise system projects.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodology.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with VA state Cardinal system is a plus.
