About the position

The Technical Project Manager at Finario will lead the development and implementation of capital expenditure (Capex) management software solutions. This role requires strong communication skills to facilitate interactions across technical teams and ensure alignment with project goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both technical and business aspects of the projects, enabling them to drive effective planning, development, testing, and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive communication processes across engineering, product, and design teams on a daily basis.
  • Facilitate frequent updates and interactions with sales and customer success teams weekly.
  • Plan project timelines considering technical constraints and business objectives.
  • Track project development against the plan and identify potential conflicts or bottlenecks early.
  • Document sprint planning and conduct daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Ensure alignment with project goals and facilitate constant process iteration and improvement.
  • Coordinate QA efforts and manage bug triage during testing phases.
  • Communicate new releases with client success teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in software development environments
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and communicate effectively across diverse teams
  • Knowledge of capex processes and corporate finance is a plus
  • Located in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, or Florida.
