The Technical Project Manager for MDG Solutions is a pivotal role that supports the agency's mission by embodying core values such as Dedication, Responsibility, Integrity, Vision, and Excellence. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple digital projects concurrently, which includes overseeing site builds and launches, landing pages, email campaigns, and ongoing digital marketing initiatives. The Technical Project Manager will analyze business objectives and translate them into actionable project plans, ensuring that all projects align with the agency's strategic goals. In this role, the Technical Project Manager will define and plan the scope of digital projects, create detailed project plans, prepare budgets, allocate resources, and manage time and costs through to project completion. The individual will partner with various teams across the company to prioritize projects by understanding their scope, requirements, level of effort, and the current state of the project pipeline. This includes clarifying trade-offs when changes are made to the project plan. The Technical Project Manager will also implement software development team tools to maximize efficiency and productivity while mitigating risks associated with project execution. Effective communication is crucial in this role, as the Technical Project Manager will manage the communication of active work, backlog, priorities, and risks to developers and other stakeholders. Acting as a liaison with clients and account team members for technical project requests, the individual will address and resolve any issues that may arise during the project development process. Additionally, the Technical Project Manager will measure project performance and productivity to identify areas for improvement, track project execution against the established plan, and manage project documentation while reporting on project status, backlog, and resources. The ultimate goal of the Technical Project Manager is to deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring that quality standards are met. The individual will also support other areas as needed to keep projects moving forward and work collaboratively to define goals for the next quarter. Continuous improvement is a key aspect of this role, as the Technical Project Manager will document, refine, and enhance current processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the agency.
