About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee government-related projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively, while also navigating complex regulatory environments. The position offers a unique opportunity to work on significant healthcare development projects with a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge company goals with consumer requirements and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, including milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
• Perform project documentation.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience and strong team-building abilities.

• Experience working with agile project management methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Java programming (3 years preferred).
