Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee software development projects for the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) in Rockville, MD. This role focuses on Agile Development and managing IT and software development projects while leveraging cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
