About the position

Delmock Technologies Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the transformation of federal client organizations through innovative technologies and business models. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with enterprise requirements while driving mission execution.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates and communicates the system level solution with stakeholders including IRS AD tech advisors and management.
  • Identifies and ensures the solution includes critical interfaces.
  • Documents and estimates effort/time associated with implementation tasks.
  • Identifies and documents constraints, dependencies, and assumptions.
  • Works to mitigate risks and develops actionable plans for work sequencing.
  • Represents AD at technical and program level meetings, providing progress/status updates.
  • Produces concise meeting minutes for leadership understanding and guidance.
  • Ensures story boards, epics, user stories, and tasks are clearly defined and actionable.
  • Ensures compliance with enterprise and program level requirements during implementation.
  • Assists with technical code demonstrations and validation of peer code.
  • Leads technical stakeholder elaboration discussions to meet business needs.
  • Produces PowerPoint decks to explain concepts and document decisions.
  • Identifies root causes of production incidents and leads resolution efforts.
  • Works with production support to review performance data and identify technical debt.
  • Leads the development of technical debt stories and prioritizes stabilization efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management and technical leadership for large scale digital/web solutions.
  • Ability to perform all roles and responsibilities of a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and system interfaces.
  • Experience in documenting system information in common repositories.
  • Ability to act as a systems analyst and direct program-wide teams.
  • Experience working across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Nice-to-haves

  • PMI, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Experience using tools like Rational Team Concert, Microsoft Project, IRWorks.
