About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee complex IT programs and multiple projects within a large organization in Philadelphia. This role requires extensive experience in project management, particularly in Agile environments, and involves coaching team members, managing project scopes, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while meeting strategic business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects.
• Utilize 10+ years of Project Management experience in an Agile environment.
• Coach individuals in Agile processes and tools.
• Provide status reporting on project key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery.
• Develop program strategy, supporting business case, and various enterprise-wide, high-level project plans.
• Ensure integration of projects and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on business needs.
• Enact Scrum values and practices, ensuring the correct use of the Scrum process.
• Communicate program strategy, direction, and changes with IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants.
• Deliver all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting strategic and business requirements.

Requirements

• Project Management certification is required.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to team development; able to work well in cross-functional teams.
• Experienced Scrum Master who exhibits agile leadership and a deep understanding of what it means to conduct oneself as a servant leader.
