About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to oversee efforts for technical, product, and marketing projects to support client implementations and new product enhancements/implementations. The role involves managing projects that range in complexity from internal initiatives to large cross-functional implementations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a leader, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to solve problems in an agile manner. Attention to detail is crucial, as the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the projects are meticulously planned and executed. In this position, the Technical Project Manager will develop project plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore, evaluate, select, and document technical solutions. They will track, monitor, and communicate project progress against the project plan, requirements, quality measures, standard processes, and milestones. The role also includes compiling weekly reports on project status, assisting in breaking roadblocks, and coordinating schedules with resources to ensure that project plans are executed on budget, on time, and within scope. The Technical Project Manager will need to effectively translate and communicate technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business users. They will work closely with the Project Management Office on incoming projects to ensure that project documents are comprehensive and properly translated into detailed timelines. Additionally, the manager will monitor and control employed strategies and activities by conducting design and implementation reviews, examining, researching, and resolving issues, escalating issues to the appropriate authority, and responding to team members' concerns while coordinating requirements with all engaged departments. Analyzing challenges, problems, and process breakdowns will be essential to ensure that lessons are learned and improvements are made throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical organization.
  • Proficiency in Jira/Confluence and MS Project.
  • Proven track record as a project manager who can execute efficiently amidst congruent deadlines.
  • Ability to manage and organize a call schedule with both internal and external teams, including potential partners.
  • Confidence in showcasing the platform for sales walkthroughs and integrations.
