About the position

The Technical Project Manager at Edible Arrangements will play a crucial role in aligning business goals with technology execution. This position involves driving strategic projects across various phases, utilizing both agile and waterfall methodologies to ensure seamless progress. The manager will oversee software releases, track project work through Monday.com, and provide high-level reporting to internal teams and executive stakeholders, ultimately empowering the technology organization to deliver impactful outcomes for the business and customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive collaboration between business leaders and technology teams to align priorities and execute strategic projects.
• Orchestrate software releases, crafting workflows and schedules to ensure smooth deployments.
• Build and maintain Monday.com boards to track project progress in real-time.
• Ensure Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and change requests align with company goals.
• Communicate project updates and insights to technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and refine processes through retrospectives.
• Track project health with burndown charts and milestone progress reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical project management experience in software, e-commerce, or technology-focused environments.
• Strong grasp of agile and waterfall methodologies and ability to align them to business needs and project phases.
• Proficiency with tools like Monday.com and project management platforms for status tracking, reporting, and workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with business stakeholders, executives, and technical teams.
• Experience managing releases and coordinating across multiple environments to ensure smooth deployments.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, including risk management and continuous improvement practices.
