About the position

The Technical Project Manager will lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team to estimate efforts and create project execution plans. This role involves tracking project progress, ensuring quality outputs, and making necessary course corrections while maintaining high collaboration with stakeholders. The manager will also mentor a team of professionals and ensure that projects are delivered according to commitments, following established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team for efforts estimation and create project execution plans.
• Track Planned and Actuals for assigned projects in terms of scope, quality of output, and course correction.
• Benchmark best practices and drive productivity improvements in V&V processes.
• Deliver projects per the commitment.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of architects, BAs, designers, developers, and V&V engineers.
• Conduct technical design reviews to ensure project alignment with architecture.
• Drive requirements-driven testing with 100% traceability of requirements, development, test, and defects.
• Report project status weekly to stakeholders to avoid surprises.
• Follow policies and procedures including Change Control and project management methodology.
• Manage changes to the project through effective change management processes.
• Document existing processes, identify gaps, design new processes, and develop performance measures for process transitions.
• Leverage industry standards to develop standard processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Serve as a key liaison between Supply Chain Operations and IT Development team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and improve processes and drive productivity.
• Technical background to understand design and development processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with artificial intelligence tools in project management.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Operations and IT Development processes.
