About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee and manage engineering projects within a plant environment, specifically focusing on improvements in robot cells for ESL and aseptic processes. This role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project completion and adherence to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee engineering projects related to plant operations.
• Support improvements in robot cells for ESL and aseptic processes.
• Act as the point of contact for corporate engineering onsite for additional requests.
• Ensure completion of the ESL line punchlist through effective follow-up.
• Analyze utilities on site to support operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline heads and stakeholders to facilitate project execution.

Requirements

• Experience as a Process or Mechanical Engineer in Plant Engineering.
• Strong project management experience.
• Excellent organizational skills for tracking open actions.
• Good communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
• Experience in schedule development and resource planning.
• Familiarity with scope management and risk management.

Nice-to-haves

• Process knowledge related to plant engineering.
• Experience in the FMCG domain.
