As a member of the Zoom Enterprise Applications team, you will build and support backend integration automation solutions across various business areas including Engineering, QA, and Dev Ops. This role is ideal for individuals who are excited about creating solutions from the ground up, working with cutting-edge technologies, and contributing to Zoom's evolution into a robust enterprise application organization. You will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT Business Applications programs and projects, from the original concept through to final implementation. This includes developing detailed project execution plans, managing project financials, tracking progress, and ensuring that all phases of the project are executed effectively. You will partner with key stakeholders to build project plans, identify milestones, and designate tasks to team members. Your role will involve close collaboration with Engineering, QA, Dev Ops, and Product Owners to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will also be accountable for managing issues, risk mitigation plans, and the change order process, while applying best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, you will facilitate team organization and ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, ensuring transparency in team progress through metrics like velocity and burn down/up reporting. You will also collaborate with the Product Owner in backlog grooming and participate in architectural review sessions to drive governance across teams. Your expertise in systems like Salesforce and Zuora will be crucial in understanding the solution design of the projects you manage.
