About the position

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex e-commerce projects within the Channel Sales and Operations team. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution across various workstreams, and maintaining alignment with project timelines and goals. The manager will provide regular updates to stakeholders and navigate project ambiguities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex e-commerce projects, including Shopify and Adobe Analytics integrations.
• Oversee and track workstreams to ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.
• Keep stakeholders updated on project progress and potential risks.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of software and e-commerce solutions, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Participate in PMO meetings to provide status updates and escalate issues as necessary.
• Prepare project documentation, reporting, and presentations using tools such as Keynote and Excel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience leading large, complex projects with multiple workstreams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in geographically dispersed locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow up, stay organized, and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in managing e-commerce projects, particularly Shopify implementations.
