As a Technical Project Manager, you will implement and configure the sold solution according to the customer's needs, proposing technical and/or organizational solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the software's functionalities are well understood by the customers, and you will carry out the necessary configurations and technical integrations tailored to their specific requirements. You will accompany the customer during the initial days of use, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the system. Your responsibilities will also include understanding and defining the customer's needs, supporting the various teams involved in the project, and providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle. You will be expected to maintain a technological watch in your field of competence, ensuring that you are up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the software's functionalities are well understood by the customers
  • Carry out the configurations and technical integrations according to the customers' needs
  • Accompany the customer during the first days of use
  • Understand and define the customer's needs
  • Support the different teams involved in the project
  • Provide technical expertise on the projects
  • Ensure a technological watch on his/her field of competence

Requirements

  • Proven technical skills
  • Knowledge of the company's internal processes
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of the business travel and/or expense report industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HR, ERP and financial systems integration
  • Familiarity with SSO
  • Understanding of approval workflows for travel and expense
  • Experience with data transformation (ETL)
  • Knowledge of data synchronization to third parties (Travel Agencies, Banks, Card suppliers, GDS...)
  • Experience leading workshops during the project phase
  • Understanding of PCI-DSS in the integration scope
  • Knowledge of data security for client transmissions
  • Experience managing service & feature requests from customers
